- All FightShop orders received by 1p.m, PST, Monday thru Friday, are generally shipped the same day.
- If in item ordered is backordered you will be informed within 72 hours.
- Orders place after 1p.m on any given business day will be shipped the next business day (If order is placed after 1p.m on Friday the order will not leave until Monday.
- International orders may take up to 72 hours to process.
- Our orders are all shipped UPS ground unless otherwise upgraded (extra fees apply.)
Most of our products are in stock and ready to ship! Fightshop Inc. will ship orders same day if received before 3:30pm PST. Please log into your MyAccount to view order status.
Fightshop Inc. accepts returned items in their original, unused condition up to 30 days starting order date. Please contact mike@fightshop.tv to obtain a RMA# (Return Merchandize Authorization Number) and please mark the package with RMA# clearly on the outside. We will not accept any return package without this RMA#.
Please check the MyAccount page and review the order status of the order in question. If the status shows "Shipped" or order date is older then 10 business days - please contact Customer Support.
Although we stock most items it is possible that we may ship an incomplete order. In this case we will notify you via email and ship the missing item as soon as item becomes available.
